All registration fees (except for guests) include:

  • welcome reception
  • daily continental breakfast
  • morning and afternoon refreshment breaks
  • lunch daily (except for half day)
  • poster reception
  • banquet
  • All registrants will have online access to the conference proceedings
    once the conference has ended

Cancellation Policies: Paid registrations cancelled in writing at least 60 calendar days or more prior to the start of the event will receive a full refund, less a 10% service fee. Paid registrations cancelled in writing 59 to 30 days before the starting date of the event will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. No refunds or credit will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the event begins. Transfer of registration is permitted one time at a fee of $150 Cdn.  Transfers may not be made less than 14 days before the event begins.

All registration questions, requests for transfer or cancellation must be submitted in writing to cns_office@cns-snc.ca.
No refund will be processed if the registrant is a no show.
