GUIDELINES FOR PAPERS AND POSTERS

Abstracts for papers and poster shall be 300 words or less. A paper must be submitted in order to receive a speaking slot and to be included in the proceedings. Submitted papers should target no more than 15 pages in length. Longer papers will be evaluated on an individual basis. Due to limited availability of presentation slots, some abstracts may be assigned as posters in order to accommodate as many authors. Please direct any questions or comments about papers to Dave Morton at technicalchair2023@gmail.com.

Abstracts for posters will be accepted without a requirement for a paper; however, authors who submit poster abstracts are strongly encouraged to provide a paper for publication. A tack board 3.75 ft high by 7.5 ft wide (1.14 m high by 2.28 m wide) will be provided. The title of your poster must be in lettering at least 1 in high (72 pt.), and your poster must include your name and affiliation. Thumbtacks will be provided. Further details on posters will be provided in May 2023. Please direct any questions or comments about posters to Mychailo Toloczko at assistanttechnicalchair2023@gmail.com.
